Redwood and Tamalpais High School Initial Studies Unanimously Approved

May 15, 2024 - The Tamalpais Union High School District Board of Trustees unanimously approved the Redwood High School and Tamalpais High School Initial Studies on April 30th. The Redwood High School Project would provide expanded and improved music, arts, and dining facilities to replace existing outdated and substandard facilities. The Project would construct a new cafeteria, music building, and art/ceramics building, along with repurposing the existing kitchen/cafeteria building into a student commons space and updating landscaping for increased water efficiency. The Tamalpais High School Project would construct three buildings and a bridge to create a connection between indoor and outdoor learning spaces, while preserving larger existing trees.
