Silver Eagle 18 Subdivision Residential Project Approved

Sacramento, CA — December 15, 2023 —the Silver Eagle 18 Subdivision Project was approved in the City of Sacramento Directors Hearing on December 14th.

 The Project, located at 132, 150, and 156 Silver Eagle Road, received approval for requested entitlements, including a Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide three parcels totaling 3.01 acres into 18 residential lots and one lot for a stormwater detention basin. The residences will range from 1,077 to 1,804 square feet, with optional accessory dwelling units proposed on 12 of the lots. The two existing single-family residences onsite will remain with a lot line adjustment submitted concurrently with the Tentative Subdivision Map and a Tree Permit to remove seven private-protected trees.

 RCH Group managed and prepared the CEQA Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration and expresses gratitude to the City of Sacramento and all stakeholders involved in the approval process.
